**Job Description & Requirements**
He/She manages, coordinates and collaborates with stakeholders, including but not limited to our beneficiaries, community partners, corporate organisations and volunteers to execute our programmes. He/she is also responsible for managing communication and feedback from stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate and work with stakeholders to build a loving and nurturing community through Life Programmes for childhood cancer survivors and their families.
- Plan and implement beneficiary recruitment initiatives for life programmes, support groups, and community engagement activities.
- Work on outreach and engagement programmes to strengthen community connections, increase participation, and create greater impact.
- Plan, organize, and execute activities, community engagement events, and fundraising/awareness initiatives, including hosting educational webinars and outreach sessions.
- Manage pre
- and post-programme tasks, including preparation, registration, stakeholder liaison, and evaluation.
- Identify and collaborate with partners to develop meaningful partnerships and collaborations.
- Work closely with the Communications team to plan, create, review, and evaluate marketing collaterals for events and programmes.
- Conduct research, gather feedback, and track attendance, engagement, and outcomes for evaluation and reporting.
- Support weekend events and activities when required (time-off in-lieu provided).
**Qualifications**:
- Min Diploma, with relevant experience will be advantageous.
- A strong team-player with excellent people skills.
- Possesses strong organisation skills
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated, independent and adaptable individual.
- Savvy in IT skills
