We are looking for a driven and personable individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Executive.

This role is crucial in expanding the reach and impact of our Children Enrichment Programme through strategic engagement with schools and public figures.

You will take the lead in conducting needs analysis with schools, preparing proposals via GeBIZ, and building strong relationships with school leaders and potential celebrity ambassadors. You will also work closely with our Planning Team to design curriculum that aligns with identified needs.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead outreach efforts to School Leaders to promote our Children Enrichment Programmes.
- Conduct sales presentations and follow up with needs assessments to understand each school’s requirements.
- Prepare and submit customised proposals via GeBIZ.
- Identify and engage suitable Sports and Media celebrities to serve as ambassadors for the organisation and its causes.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools and external stakeholders.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Planning Team to co-develop curriculum that meets the needs of partner schools.
- ___

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field of study is required. An Education in Counselling/ Social work/Psychology is useful but not compulsory.
- Strong sales and marketing aptitude, with confidence in engaging stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability due to the time-sensitive nature of the project.
- Prior experience in education, or programme planning is an advantage but not compulsory
- Prior Experience in Coordination/sales or marketing is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Familiarity with GeBIZ or government procurement processes is an advantage but not compulsory
