Executive, Community Engagement

**Responsibilities**:
- Outreach and Public Education _
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to follow up on their interest in the Company’s services
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with case managers
- Assist in the planning, coordinating and organizing of community engagement events/activities
- Manage and maintain leads database
- Manage Community Engagement Calendar
- Perform general administrative duties and generate reports
- Maintain and grow networks/partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, academic institutions, social services agencies and Special Interest Groups.
- Ensure smooth implementation, develop publicity material, manage vendors, and evaluate effectiveness of engagement and outreach programmes.
- Corporate Communications _
- Provide support in developing outreach and corporate communication materials (e.g. brochures, publicity video/materials, annual reports, human interest stories etc.)
- Assist in updating and producing content for the Company’s website and social media (e.g. Facebook etc.)
- Others _
- Provide support in fundraising events
- Undertake and perform other tasks and duties as assigned based on the Company's need
**Requirements**:
- A self-starter and a good team player
- Effective written and verbal communication skill
- Service oriented with effective interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe suite
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good analytical and planning skills - able to multi-task and manage priorities
- Able to work independently and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Resourceful and ability to multi-task effectively
- Willing to work after office hours and during weekends when required
Diploma in any disciplines, fresh diploma graduates may be considered
