We are looking for a Digital Lead to oversee our creative services team and bring it to a new level as we continue to expand and grow in Southeast Asia and beyond. This person will have a natural eye and acumen for account servicing and new business to running a lean team that makes up of strategists, designers and platform leads. design and share dynamic ideas that will connect us with all types of audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee a portfolio clients, with a focus on strategic vision, team management and financial administration
- Work collaboratively with the agency’s Marketing and Studio teams to strengthen cohesion on digital communications strategies for events, campaigns and retainer clients
- Promote other agency services that includes content marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, research and measurement, creatives and more across new and existing clientele, of which is at least 50% B2B-focused with regional remit
- Client servicing; understanding of client’s needs and ensure team executes as per client's expectation and in a timely manner
- Build and deliver both organic and paid content strategy and planning including around the different digital platforms that includes LinkedIn / Facebook / Instagram / TikTok ads
- Advise on media buys across the digital platforms mentioned
- Website management - Provide senior counsel and guide the team on website enhancement and maintenance to create / design fresh digital initiatives and enhancements to level up the for better user experience on digital platform
- Oversee, build, lead, and review work to produce and maintain architectures and related UI/UX harnessing strategy, digital and brand design and content
- Build brand awareness resulting in high-quality leads
- Develop both B2B and B2C Influencer marketing programme to focus on using key leaders to drive or showcase a brand message to the larger market (B2B and B2C)
- Guide team in performing insights analysis to derive performance of Get Actionable Insights Into The Performance of Social Media Campaigns and Content.
- Oversee all activities on Demand generation
- Experience in Social Media Crisis Management
- Work with our creative team of Art Director and graphic designers to ensure designs meet client's expectations
- More than 10 years of related experience with 8+ years in a creative and/or agency, including at the associate director level or equivalent
- Proven track record of managing issues, clients, teams; Project Management experience
- Able to create integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile (online and offline)
- Has a track record of new business
- Prior experience in team management and account servicing for complex hub and spoke integrated or digital accounts would be a plus
- Prior experience in design is a plus
