Business Insights Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:

- 7 years of experience working in data analysis related fields or quantitative disciplines (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics).
- Experience with statistical software and database languages (e.g. SQL).
- Experience with data visualization.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in program management and people or vendor management.
- Experience in Corporate Real Estate.
- Experience in front-end development projects and predictive modeling such as machine learning and time series models.
- Understanding of real estate finance, investment, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills, translating business concepts and technical data observations to all levels of organization.

As a Business Insights Program Manager, you will lead the portfolio analytics program and deliver insights to inform portfolio strategy for Google and the individual Product Areas. You will be responsible for elevating the analytic capabilities in this team, solving business problems consistently and efficiently by creating the right standards, processes and infrastructures. You will dive-in and solve complex problems where the team needs you. As Google’s diverse businesses that continue to grow, the portfolio insights program is critical to SPP’s long-term success.

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop the portfolio analytics program, build capabilities to support all time zones consistently and efficiently, and deliver insights to inform portfolio strategy development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on analytics projects solving for various business problems at scale.
- Design and prototype analytical/simulation models and pipelines with our vendor partners and cross-functional analysts. Extract signals and draw insights from massive data sets to deliver insights and inform development of our global strategy.
- Provide assistance on planner’s day-to-day data operation and produce visualizations and reportings at scale to enable SPP engagement with the stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders and customers to solve critical and urgent problems while simultaneously creating a well-aligned long-term insight for portfolio analytics in a fundamental business and operations function.
