**Business Planning and Operations Program Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities**:

- Identify, scope and own critical projects and initiatives for the Business Messaging Group, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organisation
- Develop in-depth analyses and recommendations that provide actionable insights, enabling business leaders to drive growth
- Support management in strategic, operational and business planning. Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data to underpin business decisions
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies (e.g. for new markets, products or verticals, org restructuring and design) also in collaboration with with sales teams outside BMG
- Develop strategies and operating models to help optimise and scale sales operations across multiple products in BMG, including segmentation, propensity modelling, incentives design and cross-sell strategies
- Build cross-functional relationships to help solve complex, often ambiguous, problems on behalf of the business
- Contribute to business integration and efficiency opportunities with regard to delivering on long-term org growth priorities
- Work independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 7+ years experience in sales strategy, business strategy and/or operations in a B2B environment, preferably in the tech industry
- Proven experience executing & implementing projects successfully. Demonstrable ability to build credibility, influence & manage senior stakeholders internationally
- Framework thinking with an ability to bring improved approaches to decisioning, process improvement, and cross-functional planning
- A proactive “can-do” attitude, with both strong team working experience and an ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to relay technical content and key insights to general audiences
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial/business acumen.
- Strong project management expertise gained in management consulting and/or growth analytics within technology companies
- Sound understanding of sales cycle and business metrics, with experience in tracking and reporting them. Experience working with sales, marketing and/or sales operations teams
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
