**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and own relationships with key investment professionals at top APAC & Europe institutional investors and private asset owners to maximise investor participation across our investment conferences.
- Facilitate introductions between the featured asset managers and investor clients and be the main point of contact for investors to assist them during the manager screening process.
- Work directly with the Head of the Department to understand topical investor needs and help in identifying asset managers that would suit their current portfolio needs.
- Help in onboarding a select group of asset managers and request for necessary information required to introduce them to our investor audience.
- Ensure all introductory 1-to-1 meetings take place as planned and coordinate internally with team members as required.
- Conduct lead research to expand our network of investor clients and asset managers to improve the accuracy of matchmaking relevant asset manager - investor introductions
- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends, investment challenges for private and institutional investors (family offices, pension funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds and endowments) with regards to alternative investments by leveraging our in-house research tools (Eurekahedge, HFM, Real Estate Fund Intelligence (REFI), Savvy Investor, etc)
- Travel to event locations (Hong Kong, Tokyo, Dubai) when global travel resumes to manage the agenda and overall investor expectations

**Requirements**:

- Personable and articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills (specifically listening and questioning skills), and comfortable speaking to senior-level investment professionals.
- Driven self-starter who can identify and target relevant contacts not yet familiar with our firm, and someone who is confident in their ability to establish relationships where none exist currently.
- *Any previous experience working within the financial services (particularly the hedge fund/asset management space) and/or B2B events will be considered for a more senior role (Senior/Manager).
- Interest in travelling is ideal or at least have no objections to travel as required
