**Head of Finance/Director
**ABOUT US
TWO Family Office is a large Family Office based in Singapore belonging to a very successful German tech entrepreneur, Mr. Tom Wolf. He built a successful multi-billion construction-tech company, RIB Software, with over 2000 employees across 25 countries worldwide. RIB Software was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2021.

He is now focusing on building a Web3 Technology and E-commerce business that caters to the building material industry globally. We are actively looking at companies that have a strong management team and capabilities in blockchain, AI, cybersecurity, and the ecommerce ecosystem.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure legal, tax and accounting compliance in Germany, Singapore, India, China and SEA.
- Assist in strategic investments and resource allocation
- Help to assess and evaluate strategic growth opportunities for the business
- Perform financial analysis of business results and recommend improvement opportunities
- Oversight of budgeting activities and collaborating with the management team on revenue forecasting, defining their budget requirements, and identifying opportunities and issues in spending.
- Prepare financial models for new markets and new business opportunities
- Responsible for the development and management of all financial models and financial reporting.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Fully qualified in any of the following relevant certifications - CFA, CPA, ACA, or ACCA with at least 5+ years of post-qualified experience
- Experience in financial analysis, investment, M&A and driving efficiencies in processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the business
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to take ownership and responsibility to drive initiatives
- Experience working in a fast-growing start-up environment
- Experience working in a family office will be an advantage
