Asia Community Foundation Ltd. ("ACF") is a start-up created by philanthropists for philanthropists, to offer the first independent donor-advised fund ("DAF") based in Singapore focused on cross-border giving in Asia. We enable donors to maximise their positive impact across Asia through a secure platform, expert advisory and extensive regional network. We are seeking a qualified full-time Associate to lead the set-up of our office operations. About the job The Associate for HR & Office Operations will gain invaluable insights in the setting of industry benchmarks and organisational frameworks for non-profit organisations, in particular DAF sponsoring organizations, in a fast-paced flexible start-up environment. This role will involve close collaboration with all teams for onboarding of donors as well as employees. He/she will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving ongoing optimisation in all donor-related workflows, thereby increasing operational efficiencies, and reducing risks. Responsibilities and Requirements The Associate will support the teams across various tasks relating to the setting up of the operations of ACF. These include: - Support donors account opening documentation and onboarding - Outreach and coordination with donors and non-profit organisations across Asia, including assistance with the relevant collateral. - Conduct due diligence of grantees - Point of contact for partners including banks, government agencies, international foundations and ACF’s service providers. - Assist with regulatory and compliance-related filings and communications. - Track workflow, prepare meeting notes and follow up on action points - Lead end-to-end process for recruitment - Participate in developing internal policies to ensure the efficient running of ACF’s operations. - Run office administration
