**Position Title: Regional Talent Acquisition Executive (1-Year Contract)**
**Department: Regional Talent Team, Human Resources**
**Reporting To: Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition**

**Responsibilities**:

- Talent Acquisition

Internship & Contract Hiring:

- Coordinate with hiring managers across functions to identify internship/ contract hiring needs in different departments
- Source applicants through in-house Application Tracking System, online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks - campus partnership with local universities.

Sourcing Support:

- Provide sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition Team in senior hiring when the need arises. Assisting the team in locating the untapped talent & talent gem
- Provide coordination & recruitment operations, ad-hoc support when required.
- Employer Branding & EVP Initiatives
- Be a part of the wider talent initiatives in the Regional Talent Team, rendering support for coordination & execution of Employer Branding Content, Social Media Postings as well as employee interviews. As well as occasional design & content brainstorm support.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of Recruitment Experience (In-House/ Agency environment are both welcomed). Relevant Internship Experience will also be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Social Sciences will be great. Other disciplines are also welcomed
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraint
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive, inquisitive & resourceful.
- Strong learning agility, open-minded to challenges & new initiatives
