**Roles & Responsibilities**

Due to an increased level of business and continued plans for growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Support/Proposals Specialist to join our company in Singapore on a permanent basis.

This role is responsible for compiling and creating Steelcase sales proposal to promote Steelcase’s offering. Working with the Sales and support team to understand and respond accordingly to the tender requirements. Ensure the proposal is on brand, accurate, on time, and with compelling content. To understand technical and specification through pCon Planner Pro and able to come up with accurate typical drawings and renders to include in the proposal.

**Objectives**

1. Project scoping with Sales and Project Management when required.

2. Ensure all project information on the checklist is given by the Sales person.

3. Timely and accurate proposals, drawings, and renders.

4. Timely submissions for all “specials” for drawings.

5. Timely support for RFP / proposals documentation.

6. Use of “Salesforce” to manage all project requests.

7. Ensure all output is free of errors prior submission.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Accuracy of proposals, drawings and renders within timeline stated

2. Ensure that drawings and finishes are signed off by the client

3. Timely RFP documentation is supplied to Sales for submission to clients
