Sales Relationship Manager

Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, goals and challenges.
- Be a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests.
- Work towards client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional customer service. Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them promptly to ensure client loyalty.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and within existing accounts, develop sales strategies, upselling, cross selling to maximize revenue.
- Analyze clients’ industries, market trends, vehicle valuation and competitors to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans. Align clients’ business objectives with the company’s offerings.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met. Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts and key metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions that may impact clients. Share relevant insights with clients to help them make informed business decision.
Monitor and measure key account performance, track customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in loan sales / relationship management / hire purchase.
- Familiar with industry regulations and compliance standards. Sales driven, people management skills, wealth management, service quality.
Working location PAYA UBI - Downtown UBI MRT
Basic $3000 TO $4000 + Commissions + Allowances
