**Regional Product Manager**

Aon is currently recruiting a Regional Product Manager to join our team in Singapore

**What the day will look like**
- Develop a product strategy reflecting an understanding of client needs and growth opportunities across Asia and within countries;
- Coordinate the research, assessment, onboarding and ongoing delivery of relevant and 'fit-for-purpose' Health & Wellbeing product solutions;
- Manage all internal requirements to enter business relationships with vendors i.e., Sign offs from legal, compliance, privacy, tax;
- Deliver commercial success from product strategy;
- Create thought leadership content to support Aon's Health & Wellbeing strategy
- Implement a marketing, communication and training plan to continually raise awareness of products and services to support growth and success of vendors and product strategy;

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- University degree, preferably in a marketing or business-related discipline.
- Minimum six years’ experience in developing strategic initiatives;
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects with cross functional teams to launch products in Asia. Health and wellbeing products preferred;
- Understanding of medical insurance and health services (group and individual) in Asia in addition to knowledge of key success factors in marketing and distribution.
Competencies:

- Creative thinking, team player, solution-oriented and committed;
- In-depth knowledge and experience in product development, project management and marketing;
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills;
- Insightful and analytical to correctly foresee near/long term product trends, client need etc;
- Understanding of key commercial drivers.
