Our Regional HR Operations Manager will mainly:

- 1. Manage and oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across our six SEA markets.
- 2. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to payroll tax laws and regulations.
- 3. Ensure HR operations comply with applicable labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- 4. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support implementation of a new payroll system for two markets, mainly through project management and some expertise in payroll practices.
- Run employer-of-record HR operations and payroll for our global workforce
- Review and improve payroll controls and reporting for finance across our six markets.
- Implement and execute group reporting structures for manpower
- Review and execute the yearly manpower budgeting process across the group
- Ensure HR operations comply with applicable labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years of experience in managing HR projects and aspects of payroll across SEA
- Prior background in HR process design and optimisation
- Competent in project management
- HR System - Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and EC Payroll is a plus
