**Position Offered: Ecommerce Key Account Executive**

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for owning, leading, and coordinating the customer relationship for assigned ecommerce accounts. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop sales opportunities, capture new business, and nurture existing customer relationships to drive growth for our company.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Serve as the primary point of contact for our ecommerce clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within their organizations.
- **Sales Development**:Continuously identify and develop sales opportunities within the ecommerce sector, leveraging your understanding of industry trends and customer needs to drive revenue growth.
- **Account Retention and Growth**:Our clients are our top priorities. You will need to develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing ecommerce accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Account Planning**:Work with local and overseas team to create customer-centric account plans with clear goals, strategies, and actions to drive business expansion and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Monitor and report on sales funnel metrics and account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Market Awareness**:Stay abreast of industry and market trends, as well as competitor activities, to remain informed and competitive in the ecommerce space.
- **Issue Resolution**:Proactively address any customer concerns or challenges, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales or key account management, especially in the digital space.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience in ecommerce platforms and digital marketing channels is a plus.
