We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English with following technical skills ;
- 3 months + L1-L2 technical support experience to large corporate infrastructure 250 user environment.
- hands on experience in Desktop, laptop ,printer & scanner configuration
- Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, wireless infrastructure related to network.
- Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues such as Switches / WIFI
- Fair understanding / knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS
- Working experience on Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards.
- Ability to adhere to organization's standards, processes and procedures.
- Good command of English and good communication, both written and interpersonal skills.
- A team player and able to work with least supervision and able to work with heterogeneous teams;
- Good time management and multi-tasking capability.
- Proactive and meticulous attention to details.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and show initiative to achieve desired results.
- Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
