As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our exciting operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly with a touch of pzazz. You'll collaborate with our talented teams, both internally and externally, to create seamless experiences and unforgettable moments for our customers. With your coordination skills and passion for efficiency, you'll make sure our operations are as smooth as silk and our customers are left with smiles on their faces.

**Responsibilities**
- Get your groove on and coordinate logistics and operations for our fabulous events. From selecting amazing venues to managing vendors and being the star of on-site coordination, you'll make sure our events shine brighter than the disco ball.
- Step into the spotlight and manage our inventory like a pro. You'll track stock levels, conduct regular audits, and keep our products flowing like confetti.
- Join the e-commerce dream team and assist in managing product listings, inventory availability, and fulfilment processes. Your attention to detail will make sure our customers' orders are shipped and delivered with lightning speed.
- Rock the stage and oversee order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines. You'll be the maestro of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive their orders faster than a guitar solo.
- Keep the records spinning and maintain accurate documentation of our operational processes. Invoices, contracts, and permits will be your jam, making sure we're always in tune with regulations and guidelines.
- Put your thinking cap on and propose ideas to optimise operational efficiency. We value your creativity and welcome your suggestions to take our operations to the next level of awesomeness.

**Qualifications**:

- You've got the moves A Diploma in E-Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) will show us your dedication to the stage of operations coordination.
