**Responsibilities**:

- Provide dashboards and reports to the sales, sales manager and management for daily operations, business review and business planning.
- Support the Sales Managers and Teams with sales data analysis and insights to help improve the department’s KPIs
- Responsible for KPI scorecards, ensuring data accuracy and smooth dissemination of results
- Manage and roll out change requests on system enhancements.
- Support the sales managers in sales operations tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM system.
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual who is open to new challenges.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- A self-starter with an analytical and creative mind who is willing to learn.
- Excellent in presentation skills and interaction with internal stakeholders
- Ability to provide suggestion and recommendations
- Shows personal commitment with the team and its objectives
- Able to manage priority and handle tight deadline
- Ability to work independently
- Meticulous and have interest for granular details
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
