Handle IT support needs of local internal teams Co-Ordinate with local IT vendors Manage L1 & L2 Tickets Key Performance Indicators/Job Requirements Primary Technical Skills Experiences with Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network Knowledge in MS Office suits, Apple and Android smart devices support Who are we looking for: Qualifications Ideally, the individual must possess at least three of the following qualifications Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above At least 2 years experience in front line IT support in service industry or IT outsourcing company Current Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) accreditation Professional Qualities Chinese communication skill is an advantage Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues Service oriented business approach Ability to deal with global business users at all levels Ability to work independently & A Self starter Relationship building across all local departments Initiate & Identify IT Services opportunities, reporting to immediate supervisor Your personal data would be treated highly confidential and would be used for recruitment purpose only.
