Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Purpose of the Job**: - Provide first level support to Branch's customers for cash management product queries. - Responsible for accurate and timely registrations of Transaction Banking services/products **Responsibilities**: **Strategic** - Support the execution of the division's strategy to embed MUFG Bank in the flow business of our clients **Financial** - To provide client support in collaboration with sales team to meet the division's financial target **Customer** - Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external customers to enhance the bank's reputation and meet customer's expectations - Support customers and act as the first level of support to their daily queries on matters including but not limited to internet banking and local cash management products systems - Work in partnership with the Operations team in order to register and ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner **Other/ Control** - Develop knowledge of transaction banking products in order to provide the right level of support to customers and the wider department - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits - Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations - Adhere to all company policies / guidelines **Job Requirements**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in banking. - Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel - Good understanding of relevant systems and procedures - Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others - Good Time Management MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as "MUFG") is an equal opportunity employer.
