**Kitchen Operations Management**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Head Chef** to lead our kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and a consistently excellent dining experience. The Head Chef is responsible for menu planning, food preparation, kitchen staff management, and inventory control, including maintaining and updating monthly inventory records using Microsoft Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities of kitchen staff.
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Menu Development**
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the management team.
- Monitor food trends and customer preferences to innovate dishes.

**Inventory & Cost Control**
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and storing of all kitchen supplies.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks and reconcile stock levels.
- Use **Microsoft Excel** to track inventory, monitor usage, and control food costs.
- Analyze data to minimize waste and optimize stock management.

**Staff Management & Training**
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to kitchen standards.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure food presentation, taste, and quality consistently meet customer expectations.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints related to food preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and health regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing monthly inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
