**Clubhouse Management**
- Oversee the operations and utilization of clubhouse facilities including the maintenance, proper usage and ensure optimization of the premises.
- Market all weekly clubhouse activities through FAST’s social media and other communication platforms.
- Strategise, plan and implement on-going and ad-hoc events, programmes and services to ensure that the Clubhouse is optimally utilized including training programmes at the club, legal and financial talks and seminars, demos, fitness classes, movie shows, karaoke sessions

**Volunteer Management**
- Attract, retain and develop volunteers from among the MDWs who are FAST Clubhouse members and PMETs whose skills and expertise can contribute to the work of FAST.
- Provide opportunities for the volunteers to be involved meaningfully in the work of FAST.
- Organise training and engagement session to sustain the interest of the volunteers.

**Events Management**
- Plan and organize major activities including but not limited to festive celebrations, National Day celebration, Mother’s Day and related events with Manager (Events and Membership).
- Work with Manager (Membership and Communications) to secure participation from members at all FAST activities and events.

**Secretarial Support**
- Provide secretarial support for key meetings including AGMs and EXCO meetings.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Director and EXCO.

The working days for this role would be from Tuesdays - Fridays, and Sundays. Mondays and Saturdays would be your rest days.
