**CLUBHOUSE EXECUTIVE**

**(Location : Tessensohn Clubhouse) (nearest MRT Farrer Park)**

As a Clubhouse Executive in our Clubhouse, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Clubhouse. Being the first point of contact for members and guests, the Clubhouse Executive ensures a smooth and welcoming experience. The role encompasses reception duties and administrative support while delivering service excellence.

**What you’ll be doing**:
1. Customer Service & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and attend to members, guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage facilities bookings.
- Provide accurate information on club facilities, services and activities.

2. Administrative Support
- Handle payments, issue receipts and maintain proper cash/transaction records.
- Prepare daily reports related to front desk operations.

3. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with other departments to ensure service standards are met.
- Escalate issues or feedback to the relevant departments or management.

4. Service Excellence
- Uphold service standards in line with Club’s values and policies.
- Assist in handling complaints and resolving issues tactfully.

5. Assist the Assistant Manager in supporting the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**We want you, if you have/are**:

- Minimum Nitec or equivalent
- At least 1 -2 years of relevant working experience in front office, customer service or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Service-orientated with a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
