**The Opportunity**:
Aon people advisory is a distributed team providing strategic human capital merges & acquisitions and business transformation support to our clients undertaking acquisitions, mergers or dynamic growth strategies into new markets or territories. Aon people advisory provides. support for companies defining their people strategy aligned to strategic objectives.
Our Asia Pacific People Advisory team partner with all sub-regions in the service area of People Strategy, Total Rewards, Human Capital M&A, TransAction Manager and Strategic Communication.
As the center of excellence for the region, our regional team members are ambassadors to innovate and bridge the leading solutions between global and local; the enablers to accelerate sub-region to sell and deliver large and complicated projects, contribute to the regional knowledge management; and the trailblazers to establish meaningful relationship with key accounts within Asia Pacific.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive people advisory projects in the Asia Pacific region leveraging global expertise as well as local consulting capabilities. Create trusted relationship with clients at senior levels. Help to extend or expand existing work to sell the client on other Aon consulting services. Resolve client issues with timelines, quality of project team. Performance to the client satisfaction.
- Business development in APAC with a focus on human capital M&A, total rewards, and strategic communication.
- Contribute to people advisory content development through innovative ideas. Play a leading role in contributing to human capital solutions research and article or white paper or applied content to a speech or webcast.
- Play an important role in developing the technical / consulting skills of our team members. Support development of the HCS capabilities and offerings.
- Deliver strong topline growth and profitability for the firm by collaborating across solution lines and driving operational efficiency
- Displaying industry knowledge and understanding client segment trends and integrating that knowledge into product and advisory solutions
- You are expected to station in Singapore, Hong Kong or Shanghai.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of successful experience in contributing to client business results (ideally in a consulting role.)
- 10+ years experience in a Human Capital related role preferred but not essential
- A Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on economics and human resource management
- Business acumen
- Proven communication skills (verbal and written)
- Commitment to ongoing learning
- Insights and research experience
- High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Knowledge and experience in international project management and the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Independent, proactive and customer focused.
