Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do: Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and provide HR insights that support talent development, workforce planning, and employee success across the Singapore regional office and the Singapore & Malaysia business units. HR Operations & Business Support Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including onboarding, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and exit management for all employees within scope. Payroll, Budgeting & Compliance Oversee and manage monthly payroll processing for all three legal entities in collaboration with outsourced payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Partner with Finance to ensure clear and accurate consolidation of payroll data into overall budgeting and forecasting. Support employee income reporting requirements and provide HR audit support by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal and statutory standards. Learning & Development Lead the design and implementation of training and development programs by identifying skill gaps, sourcing relevant learning solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous growth. Culture & Engagement Act as a culture ambassador by promoting company values and initiatives, including employee recognition programs and engagement strategies that enhance workplace satisfaction and team cohesion. Onboarding & Employee Experience Oversee a smooth, structured onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and operational readiness from day one. Regional HR Initiatives Collaborate with the wider APAC HR team to support the rollout and localization of global and regional HR initiatives, ensuring they align with local regulations and cultural expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 10 years' working experience in human resources functions as a generalist in a fast-paced environment Experience with FMCG industry will be an advantage Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced growth environment Resourceful, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of local labour laws, HR principles and practice of Singapore and Malaysia Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to excel in a multi-cultural environment Your role in leading our success drivers & representing our unique mindset Lead us to be "RARELY SATISFIED"Make things better each day; "PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION"Use your knowledge of our consumer, understand that "DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE"Deliver something great; "WINNING IS A TEAM SPORT"Be clear and honest, "COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT"Explore SharkNinja On Our Social Channels #J-18808-Ljbffr
