Manager, Order Processing Department

The Manager of the Order Processing Department (OPD) manages the day-to-day functions of the order management department. This role actively supports the team by overseeing order entry, order status, billing, returns, adjustments and product availability as well as strategic management of all order management processes.
**_Duties/Responsibilities: _**
- Facilitates daily efficient and accurate processing of orders including online orders. (eg, Lazada, Shopee, etc), and online third party platforms (eg, Redmart and Fairprice Online, etc)
- Process e-commerce orders in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and excel
- Manage and Ensure orders are cleared on a daily basis
- Maintains product database with product numbers, descriptions, and pricing information, adding new products and assigning product numbers.
- Update and maintain new customer contracts in the WMS
- Coordinate with inventory control to manage accurate inventory
- Assist in Processes billing invoices.
- Coordinate with inbound team on the scheduled inbound and done correctly.
- Onboard new customer to platform.
- Analyses and distributes daily and weekly reports, monitoring open and in-fulfilment orders.
- Work closely with warehouse, fleet team, and clients to optimize process flows.
- Guiding and supervising personal who are assigned specific tasks
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**_Manager Responsibilities: _**
- Hires and trains new staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow and work scheduling of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
**_Required Skills/Abilities: _**
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn
- Knowledge of warehouse management system is an advantage
**_Education and experience _**
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or equivalent : preferred in a related field but not a must
- Three years of experience in supervisory role, preferably in order processing and customer service, required.
