**Company Background**
- Guangdong was established in 1987 and mainly deals with dried fruits, agricultural products, grain products, sauces, moon cake fillings and a wide variety of food products. We are a professional and experienced wholesaler and food supplier, supplying quality food to local retail shops and to the F&B industry._

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Answering product and service questions
- process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and efficient service to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior working experience in call centre environment are welcomed.

**Additional Info**:

- Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Alternate Saturdays 8am - 2pm
- Salary $2500 -$2800

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
