RESPONSIBILITIES

The typical responsibilities of a Sales Account Manager are as follows:
- Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience.- Drive business growth by building and maintaining long-term client relationships, contributing to overall sales success.- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to achieve business objectives.- Maintain and update sales reports and forecasts.- Learn the sales process by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.- Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field.- Dynamic, positive, and outgoing personality.- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite- Preferably willing to travel overseas

Background (Internship experience, etc.) in cybersecurity, telecommunication, or electronics is a plus.
