Core team is focused on delivering a highly scalable asset-agnostic risk valuation system framework for business aligned desk strats to resolve trading and regulatory problems. Solutions to these are all implemented in this in-house strategic platform

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the core risk platform implementation in the APAC region with focus in the area of Valuation Control (VC) and Independent Price Valuation requirement
- Work closely with GEM/APAC valuation control function to adopt core risk valuation trading platform in automating front-to-back various VC processes
- Contribute to global Risk Strats book of work
- Work closely with other functional strats to leverage risk platform foundational core functionality and deliver broader strats book of work
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment by helping junior and non-core coding members of the team and encouraging them to grow their experience
- Document design decisions, components, and keep the knowledge base
- Maintain high automation of solutions Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ensure design and implementation are future-friendly, by executing best practices and technology rules

**Your skills and experience**:

- A minimum of 4 years’ working experience within an investment bank/financial institute focusing on credit products such as rates, FX, markets and risk management
- Proven hands-on experience programming in Python
- Proven knowledge and experience quantitative analytics, pricing and risk management skills in a financial services environment
- Hands-on programming / scripting experience in python, SQL and C++
- Strong communication skills allowing for direct communication with trading desks and support functions globally, both written and verbally
- Highly motivated with a keen willingness to learn, take on new challenges and deliver complete solution to production usage
- Degree in computer science, engineering, physics, math or financial engineering

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
