**The Role**

We're looking for passionate, self-driven Sales Executives to grow our customer base and drive business success. You’ll represent ECO & SONS' extensive range of products, often liaising with quantity surveyors and main contractors. You’ll play a key role in both client acquisition and retention—treating this role like your own business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored product solutions
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Attend site visits and meetings when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth
- Maintain and regularly update the company's social media profiles to enhance online presence and engagement.

**What We're Looking For**
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (vehicle provided for work use)
- Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Prior sales or building materials industry experience is an advantage
- Proficient in using social media to create and publish content for the company.
