n your new role you will: P
- **rocess mapping, and review of HR Emerging Talent topics H**:

- **andle the day-to-day operations i**n Emerging Talent, with ability to track, monitor and update progress of talent topics/ programs S
- **erve as a liaison contact for virtual/ physical events (**i.e. Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs and event execution) S
- **upport implementation of employer branding initiatives a**cross digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice I
- nvolvement in local and/or regional project coordination and meeting administration (minutes-taking, follow-ups) I

- omprehend the role of Emerging Talent established in a Global Hi-Tech MNC environment G
- ain exposure in campus engagement and relations L
- earn to be Recruitment Researcher to attract both internal and external Talents D
- evelop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events E
- nhance interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams

- n track to attain B**achelor/Masters in Business /HR /Social Sciences or relevant field of studies P**:

- roficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word M
- astery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous E
- ffective interpersonal and communication skills C
- reative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook
