Job Overview

Cynapse is looking for a motivated Human Resource (HR) Management Intern to join our team on a full-time/part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology company. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Duration:

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
