This role will serve as a technical project manager for the Consumer Product Management eCommerce platform in the Digital & Technology group. The role will support strategy and be responsible for delivery related to our eCommerce capabilities for consumer platforms. The incumbent will work to coordinate plan, analyze and aggregate activities in support of rollouts and enhancements to digital products. This role will also support monitoring utilization for the MarTech portfolio along with partnering with market personnel regarding digital consumer product delivery and management functions.
- Oversees roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery of enhancements in our consumer eCommerce platform
- Manages relationships and delivery activities with internal and external partners
- Provides thought leadership on digital eCommerce capabilities
- Partner with market and regional product owners on development needs and delivery timelines, along with communication through the development lifecycle to key stakeholders
- Stakeholder in ensuring platform reliability, uptime, speed, and market level compliance
- Work closely with Digital Partnerships, Analytics, and Experience leaders to ensure timely and quality development of next gen features
- Leverages and enhances a prioritization process and request bucketing method to ensure proper development backlog
- Support regional and market level integrations into consumer platforms
