**About the role**

We are working with a product company to look for a skilled Delivery Lead to guide our various agile teams. This individual will be accountable to the Head of Product and will collaborate closely with the Product, Design, and Engineering teams, as well as our cross-functional business units and external partners. The main focus will be on coaching the agile teams and ensuring the seamless delivery of valuable increments that exceed customer expectations, utilizing Agile methodologies.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Utilize established frameworks to facilitate Agile processes and workshops, fostering alignment on priorities and progress among team members andstakeholders, resulting in valuable and tangible outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between agile teams, product teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery success and acting as a go-to point for various aspects of product delivery.
- Track RAIDs (risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and work in progress, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks and impediments to maintain team productivity and focus
- Mentor and coach agile teams to enhance their way of working, emphasizing team empowerment, collaboration, skills development, and delivering product value.
- Promote technical excellence by evaluating solutions and practices, providing guidance to engineering teams on quality, architecture, automation, and DevOps.
- Manage JIRA and monitor team performance.

**Requirements**:

- You derive satisfaction from guiding and overseeing teams, making decisions, communicating effectively, organizing workflows, and establishing objectives, thereby enhancing the direction and productivity of your teams.
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of the car sharing industry, including its landscape and associated challenges.
- Your adept communication skills enable you to effectively engage in discussions with senior stakeholders, facilitating interactions among all parties and individual team members.
- You boast a minimum of 7 years of experience leading mobile/software development in agile environments, having served in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Delivery Lead across a spectrum of large companies and start-ups
