Job Summary

As a Lead to Delivery APAC LEAD at NetApp, you will coordinates Level 2 coverage of Lead to Delivery processes for APAC amongst team members who support the Level 1 Sales help desk for APAC. Ensures excellent service for Sales Areas and develops strong relationships with Area Sales Excellence and Area Sales Ops leaders. Contributes to the simplification, standardization, monitoring, and improvement of Lead to Delivery processes in a matrixed model with WW process owners.

Job Requirements
- Ensures that excellent Lead to Delivery services are provided for APAC and for each of the 4 Areas within APAC

oAppropriate and sufficient resource coverage at all times
oCommunication on resource coverage to Area Sales Ops
oCoordination with Bangalore Center of Excellence on coverage and handoffs
- Looks for opportunities to optimize coverage and service levels for the Lead to Delivery process portfolio
- Lead to Opportunity
- Opportunity to Quote
- Quote to Order
- Order to Delivery
- Works with Process Team Managers on any issues that arise in their areas signalling the need for process improvement
- Level 2 Get Help Support
- Executes on Lead to Delivery processes driven from corporate out to the Sales Areas (e.g. quarter end adjustments, revenue maximization activities, big deal coordination)
- Viewed by APAC Sales Leadership and Sales Ops as go to person in APAC for end to end Lead to Delivery support; Ensures that the most difficult cases are handled optimally

Education

5+ years of relevant experience in the technology sector, within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar functions, ideally with experience in two or more of the following:

- experience in the specific set of processes for which the role is responsible
- process improvement and design including measurement
- leading teams and interacting with Sales
- familiarity with industry systems, tools, and practices
