Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.

What will I be doing?
- You will act as the Product Policy POC for Product Manager, Operations, Risk & Response, and other Trust and Safety teams to assess risk and design safety apparatus for a variety of emerging products, such as social media, music, education, novel, gaming, etc., facilitating new product launches in global markets
- You will deep dive and provide thought leadership on product policies for these products
- You will partner with implementation and product teams to streamline enforcement strategies, and processes

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me
- You have 3-8+ years of experience in the technology industry, specifically working on risk management, policy development, program management, and/or product management.
- You have a bachelors degree in public policy, politics, law, or any other related field.
- You have excellent oral and written communications with the ability to translate complex challenges into simple and clear language and persuade stakeholders at multiple levels.
- You have excellent analytical reasoning, project management, and cross-functional skills.
- You have experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as you will be working with stakeholders and markets that use Mandarin; review and translation will be required.
