Reporting to the Head of Ethics

Role Objective

To support the development and implementation of a successful ethics culture at Prudential Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of PACS’ corporate ethics framework through education and communication on doing the right thing as part of our organizational culture
- Support with the planning, ownership and execution of Ethics training across the organization
- Support with the implementation of a framework surrounding the ethical use of data and AI
- Act as appointed secretariat for the Ethics Committee
- Research on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), and Responsible Investment and provide insights and recommendations around Sustainable Finance for PACS
- Collaborate with and manage various stakeholders including Community Investment, Corporate Affairs, HR, Investment, Risk, and the Distribution division on ESG-related matters, and support the development of PACS Sustainability Report
- Assist with the management of third-party vendors, where relevant
- Analyze ethics survey data, and provide recommendations on programme effectiveness

- Excellent project management and people management skills
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively across divisions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
