Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management of goods and services for our organization. You will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective procurement, timely deliveries, and compliance with company policies while supporting smooth operations across projects. Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Review and process purchase orders, quotations, contracts, and related documentation in the ERP system. Monitor vendor performance and maintain an updated approved vendor list. Collaborate with project teams, accounts, and management to ensure seamless procurement operations. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Support reporting, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordination & Communication Act as a key contact between suppliers, site teams, accounts, and management for all procurement-related communications. Work closely with site/project teams to understand material requirements and timelines to ensure supply continuity. Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely invoice verification and
