**About Singapore Fashion Council**
Singapore Fashion Council (SFC)formally known as Textile and Fashion Federation (Taff) is the official association for the têxtile and fashion industry in Singapore. SFC plays an active role in supporting and developing the industry by positioning Singapore as an innovative fashion hub focus in three key areas: Technology & Innovation, Sustainability, and Asian Craftsmanship. SFC champions programmes which build capabilities, expand Singapore’s fashion and têxtile businesses internationally, and promote environmentally friendly business practices.
In 2019, SFC was appointed by the government to run The Cocoon Space, a creative co-work and event space located in the heart of Orchard Road (The Design Orchard) and in 2020, to run the Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS). It also launched its online ecommerce platforms OneOrchard.Store in 2020 and JobPortal in 2021. SFC started the first SEA incubation program in 2019 for fashion and lifestyle sector and had since graduated 3 cohorts of participants. **Key Roles & Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service executive, your key roles include Customer Service Operations, Hospitality and Events Support. Experience from within the fashion sector is a plus and we actively encourage applicants from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry.

**Job Requirements**
- Communicate the Terms and Conditions of use with potential clients
- Liaise and coordinate with clients including the logistic such as layout, inventories and site visits etc
- Administer the digital venue booking system**, **assist in preparation of letter of quotation, agreement and follow up on collection
- Support the Customer Service Manager in conducting periodic review and revision of TCS documents
- Mange office stationery and ensure cleanliness of common spaces, pantry, and workspaces
- Constantly look into areas of improvement to further increase the productivity
- Perform ad hoc task as and when assigned
**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent with minimum two years’ experience in operations, projection management, ideally in a co work, hospitality, or retail setting
- Financial literacy and business operations experience is a plus
**Requirements**:
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and plan for unanticipated scenarios
- Love working with people
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills with experience in dealing with different audiences and strong customer service focus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and see through multi projects concurrently
- Self-starter and with ability to think out of box
- Experience in venue bookings, and management of digital booking system
- Understand and passionate of fashion businesses
- Require to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends if needed
