Business Development Executive

Procure, maintain and develop meaningful relationships with existing and new clients to improve retention rate by actively reaching out to key accounts and private clients on regular basis
- Conducting research to identify new overseas markets
- Assist in the drafting of proposal to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Work closely with stakeholders to fulfil client’s expectations and business objectives.
- Negotiate and secure sales opportunity for corporate segment and pro-actively generate revenue
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve maximum revenue
- Build strong relationship with client
- Compile and analyze sales performance
- Good knowledge of Lotte’s product portfolio including product introduction and expand product range for customer
- Any other assignment or project as assigned by the management
**Inventory Management**
- Grasp basic flow of inventory in Lotte and make adequate plan with internal Stakeholders to ensure supply of stocks for business opportunities
- Inventory status check and management for on-going business opportunities
- Regular research and update on pricing bench-marking to ensure pricing competitiveness
- Close partnership & coordinate with Buyers and internal stakeholders on VIP sales and bulk orders

- Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 2 years Business Development related experience from Digital platform / Retail / Travel Retail industry
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- High-level communication skills with customers and stakeholders mainly from Mainland China and Hong Kong
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate
