**COMPANY**:
RW Lomond is a UK based property development company in the Over 55’s (Baby Boomers) property market, as well as the residential subdivision sector and CBD super high-end mid-rise apartment sector. Apart from property developing we also specialise in acquiring high value and yield producing property assets.

**ROLE**:
Due to an unprecedented amount of investments in our pipeline, we are seeking an individual that possesses **UHNW / HNW and Corporate clients** in need of investments for their client’s cash positions.

We are open to various investment structures that are compliant and regulatory in securing your clients and our positions.

Our average development acquisition is between £2m to £10m, with the subsequent development costs ranging from £10m to £50m. We currently have multiple of these types of investments with minimum 25% profit margins (EBITDA) in our pipeline.

Our high value and yield producing property assets range from £2m to £10m+ with 5% to 8% yields.

**PROFILE**:
As this position is entrepreneurial, your mindset will either need be transitioned or transitioning in this direction. Someone from the **Private Banking** or **Wealth Management** domain that is desiring to branch out on their own. By instantly establishing a viable business through partnering themselves with a group that serves multiple needs thus, multiple investments

**REMUNERATION**:
We are offering a percentage fee on all funds invested as well as a profit share on each project funded. This equates to a significant remuneration package for the right individual who has the relevant network and character.

Pay: $285,000.00 - $365,000.00 per year
