**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the Sales Team in the administrative duties in both Room Sales and Conference & Events Department.
- Provide clerical support in matters relating to the preparation of letters, correspondences, quotations, proposals, minutes and etc, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Disseminate events related information to other departments.
- Attend all pre-conference meetings, as required and assist in the preparation of post-conference reports.
- Assist with all in-house sales related activities, sales calls, site inspections.
- Ensure that function venues are set up according to event order.
- Monitor and maintain materials of usage.
- All other related matters as and when required by the management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Resourceful with good attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
