**The Role**
- Establish and own relationships with key investment professionals at Asia Pacific’s top hedge fund managers, private equity managers, institutional investors, and family offices to maximise their participation and engagement across our platform and flagship investment conferences.
- Travel to event locations (Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, etc) to manage key stakeholders, program agenda and overall investor expectations.
- Conduct lead research to build and expand on our network of investor clients, hedge fund managers and private equity fund managers (Asia Pacific & the Middle East).
- Take complete ownership of hedge fund and institutional investor participation targets and strive to exceed targets.
- Senior role to also undertake content curation responsibilities and will aid in market research to author an agenda that discusses topical industry trends, key challenges, and opportunities.
- Work directly with the Head of the Department to understand business segment needs required for sustainable growth, contribute new ideas and ways in which we can work with our clients.

**The Requirement**
- Personable and articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills (specifically listening and questioning skills), and comfortable speaking to senior-level investment professionals.
- Driven self-starter who can identify and target relevant contacts not yet familiar with our firm, and someone who is confident in their ability to establish relationships where none exist currently.
- *Any previous experience working within the financial services (particularly the hedge fund/asset management space) and/or B2B events will be considered for a more senior role (Senior/Manager).
- Interest in travelling is ideal or at least have no objections to travel as required.
