**RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY**

Responsible for the overall coordination of sales activities within the company, to grow sales revenue in the regional markets to meet company objectives.
- Manage salespeople for optimum growth: professionally and personally, creating positive work environment.
- Assist in defining the long term goals of the company, implementing short term and mid term activities to achieve these goals.
- Keep informed of competitors’ activities within the territories assigned, advising other departments, when appropriate.
- Allocate products as needed, in conjunction with the salespeople.
- Continually look for ways to increase sales through new channels, industries and markets.
- Maintain orderly correspondence files.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers, as well as contacting new prospects to generate future business growth.
- Provide large sales opportunities updates, special projects updates, sales forecast and requested reports as requested.
- Provide product training to salespeople, as needed.
- Provide product management activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Essential Functions**
- Work within a team environment to insure that all duties and responsibilities are addressed daily.
- Promote and maintain a ‘customer first’ culture with genuine employee involvement, focusing on preventing problems before they occur.
- Build customer rapport, so as to foster trust and professional working relationships.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Expand sales channels and sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Serve as a focal point for collection of data for vendors’ product forecasts.
- Serve as company representative when corresponding with customers and suppliers.
- Assist management in the long range planning for Marketing needs, activities and strategies.
- Maintain internal communications with other departments.
- Constant lookout for new products opportunities to ensure business growth and continuity.
- Continually search for ways to improve work environment and the company’s internal system.

**Requirement / qualifications**:

- Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
- Prepared to travel, if required
- Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
- Sales experience an advantage
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
