**Job Description**:
We are looking for an temporary administrative personnel who is organized and energetic, and who possesses superb interpersonal skills for our Singapore office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receptionist duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling deliveries, mails;
- Scheduling and preparing meeting rooms in a professional setting;
- Order and maintain office and pantry supplies and computer equipment;
- Assist in travel bookings for employees;
- Review and approve travel expense claims;
- Vendor payment processing and bank reconciliation;
- Maintain and updating of cashflow file;
- Assist in organising team activities/meals for employees;
- Review legal documents that support the sales process (training will be provided);
- Completing administrative processes (filing, correspondence, data entry, expense reports);
- Assist the Office Manager in providing administrative support to the employees;
- Any other admin duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in any discipline;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- 2 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a professional services environment;
- Attention to detail, dependability/punctuality;
- Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines;
- Ability to prioritize work;
- Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment.
- 5-day work week, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Suntec
