**Temporary Marketing Coordinator (6-9 Months Contract)**

We are seeking a **Temporary Marketing Coordinator **for a contract role (6-9 months) to assist with event logistics, administrative tasks, and marketing support.

**Position Summary**:
As a **Temporary Marketing Coordinator **, you will support event preparation, data organization, and administrative activities during peak periods. This role will help manage workloads, enabling the core marketing team to focus on strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ️ **Event Logistics Support**:Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring all logistics are well-coordinated and run smoothly.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining documentation related to marketing activities.
- ️ **Data Organization**:Organize and manage data for upcoming events and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up.
- **Marketing Support**:Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, scheduling of activities, and coordination with vendors.
- **Team Assistance**:Help manage peak workloads by supporting the core marketing team, allowing them to focus on high-impact and strategic tasks.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
'A' Level / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with organizing marketing activities. Prior experience in event coordination or administrative roles is an advantage. ️ Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. ️ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle tight deadlines.
