Field CTO

We are seeking a Field CTO for APJ — a senior, customer-facing executive who will shape Saviynt’s strategy in the region. This is a thought leadership and market-making role: opening doors at the highest levels, representing our vision in boardrooms and on stages, and influencing the region’s most strategic identity security deals. You will partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to elevate our value proposition, bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, make complex identity security concepts accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide regional insights that shape innovation, and strengthen Saviynt’s presence as the trusted voice of identity in APJ. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**: - Engage Executives - Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and regulators; act as an executive sponsor for top accounts. - Shape Strategic Deals - Influence ~25-50 key opportunities annually, driving pipeline conversion and executive confidence, and shape winning strategies. - Lead Thought Leadership - Represent Saviynt at APJ conferences, analyst briefings, and in the media; publish blogs and papers that advance our leadership in identity security. - Guide the Market & Team - Provide APJ-specific insights to Product and Marketing; mentor SEs to sharpen storytelling and executive impact. - Advocate for Customers and Partners - Help enterprise clients build long-term identity roadmaps, driving expansion and strategic adoption. Work alongside our partners and global system integrators (GSIs) to drive adoption and successful implementations of Saviynt’s platform. **WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**: - Recognized as a respected identity thought leader in APJ. - Trusted CISO relationships across 10+ Tier-1 accounts annually. - Visible presence at flagship APJ security events. - Measurable influence on top 25 deals across the region. **WHAT YOU BRING**: - Prior experience as a CISO, CTO, or security practice leader in APJ. - 15+ years in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in IGA, PAM, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust. - Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence both technical and business audiences. - Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies for strategic customers. - Cultural fluency across diverse APJ markets and regulatory frameworks. - Experience in a high-growth SaaS or scale-up environment. - Strong architectural knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and modern authentication (OAuth, SAML, RBAC/ABAC). - Proven thought leadership and recognized presence in the APJ cybersecurity community (e.g., associations, conferences, analyst forums). - ** Why Join Saviynt?**: - Shape the identity security agenda in one of the world’s most dynamic regions. - Be the face of Saviynt to the APJ CISO community. - Influence product direction with direct impact on market success. - Grow your leadership profile in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **If required for this role, you will**: - Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter - Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): > Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy > Incident Response Policy/Procedures > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures > Mobile Device Policy > Account Management Policy > Access Control Policy > Personnel Security Policy > Privacy Policy Saviynt is an amazing place to work.
