Responsibilities
- Liaise with supplier / vendor for quotations, recommend alternatives solutions or products to meet customer’s requirement, negotiate and perform cost versus quality analysis
- Generate Purchase Orders
- Co-ordinate with internal departments/vendors/logistic to track deliveries and verify on quantity & quality of received items
- Verify invoice with purchase order and delivery order
- Maintain good relationship with vendors and develop new network
- Liaise with vendors on quality issues or any discrepancies
- Ensure product specifications are received/updated and passed down to the respective departments
- Review stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock level is maintained
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Head of department
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in relevant field
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong communication & negotiation skill, ability to work under tight deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
