Receive air import pre-alert and instructions from sales teams, customers and overseas agents
- Monitor and process shipments (direct consignments, break-bulk console, e-commerce) to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide updates to customers (flight status, cargo and delivery status, permit, POD, etc)
- Declare relevant customs permits
- Arrange for surveys where applicable
- Handle job creation and costing using in-house freight management software (Freight Master)
- Prepare cash sale invoices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
