**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**:
Corporate and Sales Excellence
- Accelerate sales performance through analytical insights.
- Measure sales performance and execution and provide insights on best practices and recommendations for strategy refinement and alignment.
- Develop strategies in consultation with the senior management and senior leaders to propose and execute growth initiatives.
- Lead and implement corporate and sales performance management frameworks, schemes, and incentives to drive corporate and sales excellence.
- Oversee the usage and efficiency of CRM tools leveraged by the sales team and ensure high-fidelity of data in CRM.
- Manage business operations including forecast, segmentation, budget cascade and sales quota assignment process while continuing to drive pipeline standards and quality hygiene
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide reports, forecasting, KPI tracking, and others
- Manage and maintain the CRM system and improve on existing processes involving software tools
- Consult with the sales team strategically to suggest optimizations or improvements that can increase sales effectiveness
- Planning and providing insights on incentive compensation, field reporting, customer segmentation, field force sizing and business planning
- Being an active partner to the business in improving commercial performance and sales/service delivery

Performance Excellence
- Strategize performance effectiveness under new normal; Identify performance focus via qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Work with senior management to identify and propose or refine incentive schemes for performance effectiveness.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or industry-related field.
- Possess at least 8 years in related strategic and/or marketing roles or industry.
- Experience in analysing and quantifying complex strategic initiatives tied to long term business growth.
- Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior company executives
- Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A natural leader who displays integrity and responsibility, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
- A big-picture thinker who is detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with travel for work (where required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
